I have been a customer over there because of convenience and organic products. Over the course of the year I had 2 great quality sweater and shirts that have been ruined by them, shrinked every time a little bit more until I realized it. So I decided to stop going there but by convenience, again, I dropped some stuff last week. I had a shirt with a yellow stain. When I picked it up at the drive-in, the lady put it back on my car and asked me my credit card without even telling me that she did not remove the stain. I then asked her if she was going to make me pay for this and said yes. It is the first cleaner that make me pay for a job not done, and I have used quite a few in the area. She even lied to me explained me that she told me that yellow stian was difficult on white when I dropped it off, which is the lie knowing that the day I dropped it off, it was a guy that took care of it. I haven't been disrespectful to her at any time but I just expressed politely what I thought was right. The discussion lasted a litlle bit more than a minute when I told her that I would not come back here and she just closed the door on me saying:" whatever". I then decided to go back inside to tell her how disrespectful she was and that it was not proper customer service to treat me like that, which she answered by smiling at me. Again I have been polite and treated this lady correctly but she seemed to forget what U.S. customer service is. I am not writing this review out of anger or frustation, it could have ended at the point where I would never go back over there but I felt obligated to advise future, and current, customers what my experience was. If you ever have any issue with them one day then you'll understand what I am saying. I understood that if I ever had to complain and bring back my high quality shirt and sweater that they ruined (which I never complained about because I only realized it after several cleaning and I felt I should have done it since the begining) for which they should have insurance as any business of this type, then I would have been treated really badly. It is something that I look for with my cleaner since accidents can happen. I usually put shirts or good quality clothes that I do not want to wash and for which I trust the cleaner company as a professional. However in case of accident, or negligence, I believe in a really positive relationship and honesty from my cleaner since somebody would eventually have to pay for the damage clothes. Not here. Do not expect honesty of any kind, you would be the dishonnest person and treated as such. I would definetely not go there, shame since the concept of green organic product is attractive to me but you have to be honest and respectful with your customer, otherwise you better not have a business.
