Awesome experience. Very supportive environment and lots of fun. Never the same workout but doable for all levels. Matt is awesome and helps you meet your goals.

Awesome place !! Matt is an awesome person and challenges me during every class. He also teaches and keep an eye to see that you do the exercise in the correct way. This helps a lot. I would recommend this to any one who is thinking to join a boot camp. It would be tough for initial few days but Matt won't let you give up. Highly recommended !!

You will get great results if you faithfully attend this bootcamp and follow Matt's instruction. All fitness levels can participate and even the most experienced will get a thorough workout. The workout is different each day so you will to be bored and your fitness will improve quickly.
This is a fantastic boot camp! After many starts and stops with personal trainers, 30-minute cardio classes, etc., nothing has kept me as engaged as Matt's class at Frisco Fit Body Boot Camp. He keeps it fresh and I am definitely challenged at every class. Great location and Matt is extremely professional...starts and stops right on time, makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly in order to avoid injury, and gives great encouragement and health advice every chance he gets (both during the class and through email). Great for all levels of fitness. Highly recommended!

After many years of raising children and not exercising, I decided to try Matt's bootcamp. Admittedly, very scared that I would not be able to keep up! But I tried it anyway. It was just what I needed to kick start me into an exercise routine. Matt is always encouraging and pushes you to do your best. When I began, Matt asked me to write down my goals, short term & long term. Those goals included lose some weight, build my endurance (so I could keep up with my 3 young boys) and run a 5K (and I have never run anywhere! Ha). In the last 4 years, I have rarely missed a class. I have lost weight. I have lost inches. I have not only run a 5K, but a 10K, a bunch of half marathons and 2 full marathons, sprint triathlons, & an Olympic triathlon!! My diet has improved and I feel so much healthier! I would encourage anyone to try it. My husband saw my results and now he goes with me! The workouts are different every class so it's not boring. An added bonus...the people in the class are so nice! Not only are we working hard, but we laugh too! I highly recommend trying it.
By far the best bootcamp! The personal attention he pays to correct your posture and motivation that pushes you to do that one extra set, are at par to none. I cant wait to go back, two thumbs up!
After my knee replacement I was looking for a way to lose weight and muscle tone. The class fits my time requirements and I am very pleased with the results. Instructor is always working to provide feedback and help you to understand the routines. Skill level is variable but with more experience comes more challenge. Routines will work regardless but as you become more fit you are challenged to try the advanced level of the exercise. Highly recommended.
A great workout! 3 days a week and it is more than enough to get results! Great instructor and fun work out companions at a variety of fitness levels.
