EVERYTHING! The price is a great value. Where else can you get so much for so little each month? It's the best deal around. There is everything here you need to work out in various ways. My favorite is the 30min circuit but I also love that there are free weights, other great workout machines, plenty of cardio equipment and some specialty areas of focus (i.e. abs). Equipment is maintained in good working order, the place is always clean and they're very friendly. The showers and lockers are clean. I love the whole concept that everyone belongs, no matter where you are in your wellness/health journey. I don't feel shamed at all and most everyone dresses decently and is there for the right reasons. I love the tanning beds, water massage chairs and the regular massage chairs, which are available to people on the special membership - which happens to be lower than all the other standard memberships at other clubs around town. I love PF and won't go anywhere else. :)

For $25 bucks a month you can't go wrong. Tanning booths. And Beauty Angel light therapy. Clean friendly staff. Stay fit! Stay healthy. Member since 2017

As far as Planet Fitness locations goes this one is pretty good. Large space, always clean. Seems only about 80% full of equipment. They could add a few more machines to make best us of the space and have more options during busy periods.

New Staff and they are doing a great job keeping the gym clean and organized.
Noticed some benches got repaired and they added a couple of new stations.

I was very disappointed when I came to this location. The staff is super friendly but they gym its self is very outdated compared to other north texas locations I have been to. Had I come here first instead of my home location I would have canceled my membership. there's not enough benches for the free weights. It's very dark in the facility, the lighting is horrible. The set up is very disorganized and the machines look like they need to be updated. I was looking forward to coming to this location because its IN FRISCO which is a very nice community so I was expecting alot better. There needs to be some major updates.

If you just want to work out, it's not too bad (when it's not busy, otherwise there's too many posers & people just sitting around on equipment). Don't bother the staff though, they're busy with their phones & personal conversations. 3 stars seems fitting since the price is reasonable & it's relatively clean.

Friendly staff, clean place. I tan here and there's never a wait for a bed. Love how they have sanitizer and paper towels in every room so we can sanitize our own bed before and after tanning. There's bee. So many times I've went to a tanning salon that employees are required to clean the beds and failed to do so.

You can't go wrong with 10 bucks a month.. very clean and inviting for beginners to intermediate.. not so much for advanced conditioning or bodybuilders.

Price is never what they say. 22 one month. 68 the next 30 the next. Don't waste your money. 24 hour is much better

I like this place because it's open 24/7 (except for holiday of course) and I understood before signing in that this PF type is do it yourself gym. It's like having a space in garage with equipment. No instructors, no help, only you and the machines. I do not understand the other comments and reviews here. Why would people expect so much from the desk clerk? He is not a fitness instructor nor your guy assistance.
One of the downfalls is that they do not update their holiday's hours on google. I'm not sure if they post it online since on holidays (or no holidays) calling the phone might not be useful as there is no answer.
The mobile app and the website are confusing a bit. It could be interactive. Suggest routines and track progress. The entry log is very helpful for me to see how many days I went there in a month.

Helping one of my besties get into shape, and myself, too! Lol! A fairly standard fitness venue with lots of treadmills and tv monitors. I like it here. :)

Signed up for this place back in September never really ended up going except for one time. The card I had on file is no longer active due to theft. Got a message from Planet Fitness saying I owe money, called Planet Fitness and was told I have to personally come in and cancel the account because it's still generating a monthly bill. My question about all of that is why did the person who sign me up tell me they are nothing like Lifetime Fitness or any of the other gyms that make you come in to cancel the account in person and I can simply call them and say I don't want the service and they would cancel it with no hassle. The guy on the phone had no answer for that other than this is our personal franchise policy. The good news about this whole thing is they are willing to waive what I owe since I have not used that gym since September which is the month I signed up. And to be more specific September of 2017 and it is now close to the end of April of 2018. I'll give them three stars instead of one because of this and the fact that the gym was clean compared to some of the other ones that I visited before signing up at that one.

Forget working out after work until after 10pm, there is not enough equipment unless you want to wait all the time for a machine.

Been with PF for a few years, but what is going on with this location? The first thing you see when you walk in, is the worker indulging in a huge Wendy's sandwich behind the check in counter. Trying to greet me with a mouth full of food????
Am I supposed to feel comfortable asking him for help, asking about a new machine? He looks like he's never worked out a day in his life. Not to mention wanting to go get Wendy's as soon as I walked in! Not healthy.
Gave a 2 star because I like the layout.

I have been trying to call this location for at least 20 mins to get my account information, but they do not answer!!! When I first started going to this location about a year ago it was the complete opposite!
Update: response is not helpful. I need information to make an account that I do not have. Will be cancelling membership.

This place offers nothing comparing to other health clubs. Basic crappy machines that's outdated. It is A depressing atmosphere that's has nothing to offer except the limited number of machines and few dumbbells.

Overall I enjoy coming here. A couple of the leg machines could use some more weight and compared to other locations, it's kept pretty chilly inside which can be a little uncomfortable. Other than that, no issues.

All of these locations are trash. To cancel membership you have to go into the dirthole or write a letter like its the 12th century. Warning all my friends to stay away!

Terrible customer service, manager is never at work not even during her so called work hours! No way to cancel membership, I had to literally do a stop payment with my bank to get them to stop billing my account after trying to chase down the so called manager for weeks. Runnnnn...don't walk

8-9-17,12noon: No wifi. Staff wasn't as professional with check in as other locations. The elliptical machine I used wouldn't connect to the tv, just had iPod option. Locker rooms and gym in general were clean.
