This facility is fabulous. The recovery room, in particular, is spectacular- the staff in the recovery room are super friendly and efficient! I could not recommend the recovery room more! Every time I leave the recovery room I feel better than when I walked in! My skin has never done well in the Texas heat. However, after asking my doctor for possible solutions, I started doing cryotherapy consistently as directed by my doctor. Now, my skin is clear, and the Cowboys Recovery Room has played the significant role in making this possible.

Really love this gym. Locker room is always well kept, sauna is really nice for a pre or post workout inside the locker room. All of the weights, cardio, exercise equipment is high end. Great selection of free classes. The staff is really nice and helpful. Bonus part is you can get a great protein shake as you leave at the cafe!
A great gym with a variety of workout options and the view from the top deck is awesome.

Top notch facility. Only wish is they limited class sizes so some classes wouldn't overcrowd. Love the group exercise coaches and vive of the place.
Really knowledgeable trainers and any type of equipment you could imagine. Swimming laps while the cowboys are practicing under you cannot be experienced at many places. Only gym in the whole metroplex that also has cryo connected to it at a very reasonable price! I call it the fountain of youth. Has a very family like feeling for such a big gym money well spent!

Good gym. Plenty equipment with a variety of machines, benches and free weights for each body part. Plenty of strength, power and speed tools for athletes and extra equipment to work on sports skills. True Cowboy fans would give this health club 5 stars for sure!
Little blonde staffer gave me a little attitude when I walked in with my twin boys and asked if they could just sit on the couches, play on their phones, while I worked out...Her reply... "Ummm... We don't provide babysitting here"... my response... "They're 13 yrs old, members of the club and don't feel like exercising & don't need you watching them"... her response.. "oh". Not professional at all!!!!
Overpriced and continue emailing and texting once membership was canceled. Just another typical pretentious gym at the cowboys training facility. Nice new equipment but not really worth the price just because it is at the cowboys facilities.
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. They all think they're better than you, just because they work there. They're not helpful at all, they ignore you at first for 10 mins and then finally help. And when they "help" they're the rudest people ever. They act like you're stupid and judge you, they also liek to watch and make fun of you as you work out. So unhappy about this place. Expected a nicer and more comfortable environment for people to enjoy. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE DISAPPOINTED.
The facility is beautiful and I'm so glad I worked with one of their personal trainers, Jamie Fornal, because she taught me functional movements and I'm so much stronger now. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She's the reason for my 5 star review!
Very nice new facility with the latest workout spaces, equipment, and programs. Great location too. Easily accessible and plenty of life around the area. I hope the standards for maintenance will be kept high to avoid turning into just another gym.

Friendly staff, high quality machines all new technology, a heated pool on the roof with a gorgeous view, and free classes including Yoga! The facility looks fab, and it's not crowded! 5 stars!
