Clean location and friendly staff. All of their instructors are engaging and make sure to guide you through the movements when needed. I feel like I am getting a great workout in each time. Love how they offer evening classes as well and can come in right after work!
I love how Barre 's classes incorporate different movements to engage several muscle groups. It's such a great workout that keeps your body guessing.
My first visit here I was greeted and shown around by Tara. Class was amazing and I felt at home right away. I always knew exactly what was going on and she even followed up with me after to make sure that I enjoyed the class! Will definitely be coming back!
What a great class! The facility and instructor (Tammy) were first rate. Class size was small enough for her to be sure everyone was using proper form. She also made sure to point out how to adapt positions. I will definitely return. It was a great first experience!

Beautiful, clean studio. I am visiting from suburbs of Portland and have taken barre3 there. Loved this Frisco studio! Tara was so upbeat and motivating and fun! And challenged me when I needed it! Always a bonus, good music!
I started coming to Barre3 Frisco in March and was hooked immediately. The classes are challenging, yet they give you many options if you need to modify. Everyone there is incredibly nice and helpful. There are nice touches like hair ties, bobby pins, deodorant and even diapers for your baby in the bathroom. I love this studio!

I am a barre addict! The entire staff is so sweet. The kids lounge is very convenient. I also really love how much Barre 3 is involved in the community. They are constantly running fun challenges and promos to keep you interested.
Love Barre3 Frisco so much!!! Being a former college athlete, I had never experienced a similar work out and it totally blew my mind. It's the type of workout that anyone can do and you can choose how difficult you make it. Low impact as well, which is so important for anyone who has had ACL reconstruction surgery in the last.
