Great gym, excellent coaching and community. For all skill levels...from beginner to the experienced athlete. The workouts are challenging, but always scalable.
I love this gym. I joined shortly after moving to Frisco and had never done CrossFit. Cory and the whole crew were great. No matter your skill level beginner, advanced or just staying in shape there are groups in every class that I have attended that will welcome you in.
Used it for a 6 week training for Spartan course recently. The trainers went above and beyond to make sure they work with me through my limitations to get me ready. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and look forward to joining them fulltime soon. Thanks Guys. You definitely are a close knit family and know what you are doing and what others need to be doing.

I started with FCF in a group of age 50+ challengers. In six weeks, I've lost 11 pounds and feel stronger with more energy than I thought was possible. The coaches are top-notch and the community of athletes make FCF the kind of place you can be proud to be associated with. The number one thing standing between me and better health was getting up off the couch and taking that first step. I'm glad I did it... I'll be continuing my journey towards health with FCF and I'm looking forward to seeing where I am a year from now.

I travel each week and usually drop into a Box each week while on the road, and most of them don't compare to the coaches at FCF. The coaches will walk you thru the WOD of the day, the warmup, and any scaling, if necessary. If you're new to crossfit, the coahes will insure you scale appropriately.
The community here is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and everyone seems to go out of their way to welcome guests and those new to crossfit. Drop-ins are recognized at the beginning at class and welcomed with a fist bump from the members. The atmosphere here is awesome too - everyone is very supportive and encouraging of others throughout and after the WOD.

I visited many Boxes around the world and this is the one with the best environment that I have ever been so far. Great support from everybody, coaches and non-coaches, to improve yourself and to reach your best!
Crossfit has a bit of a controversial reputation in the fitness community, so I was a little bit reluctant to give it a try. I had done plenty of other stuff from grinding it out at the gym, P90X, Insanity, you name it. This box and Crossfit have literally changed my life in regards to fitness. First let me say that the Crossfit methodology is tough, but that is the point isn't it? The community feel here is amazing and you are truly welcomed into the fold with support and encouragement. One criticism many people have about Crossfit in general, is that at some boxes the coaches don't hold the athletes to strict form standards, often sacrificing form for high rep counts or faster times. Let me tell you, this is not the case here. The coaching staff is OUTSTANDING!! They understand the form, they communicate it perfectly, and they have the expectation that you will work to improve your form. They will not let you hurt yourself with poor form. I cannot recommend this box enough, and encourage anyone considering Crossfit to make this their first stop on the journey, because you will see what a great set of coaches, awesome community and a hardcore workout can do for your physical fitness as well as your mental strength!!
The Crossfit system really gives your entire body a butt-kicking. I like how you do Romanian deadlifts, squats with a barbell and weights, and other full-body workouts. Cardio is also happening in every workout, so you definitely leave tired. Can't recommend it any more highly.
