Public Service Announcement: If you have prepaid for your membership, and your franchise happens to close, you will be out that money. 9Round corporate will not support you in any way.
I went to a different location and loved it; the best balance of effective workout and affordability I've ever tried. But unfortunately I had prepaid six months in Feb., and my club closed in early April after the pandemic-related shutdowns. I was advised by my club that I could transfer the membership or do online workouts; corporate customer service has told me this is not true and they have no responsibility to me. It would cost them nothing to give me access to the online workouts even if that is outside of typical policy.
As it is, I would be wary of 9Round, and would recommend paying month-to-month only. At the very least, be aware of the risk of prepayment. It is unfortunate, because this really is a great workout program.
