When I had my first phone call with Bob to see if we were a good fit, we talked for a whole hour! In that hour, he never tried to sell me his services. Before I decided to get a personal trainer, I did A LOT of research on the most effective mode of exercise, muscle building, phasing workouts etc. So I went into our phone call knowing exactly what I wanted my workouts to consist of. Bob's philosophy on exercise is shared by the nation's best trainers! Lastly, since Bob and I had similar passions for health and fitness, we had a lot to talk about during our sessions, and he always generously gave me extra time so I could still get in an effective workout.
