The Gym is a very lively place full of trainers and people who are willing to help you in exercise and diet. My trainer, Autumn Lewis is an awesome trainer! I was very new to the gym life, and she introduced me to not only what to do, but how to exercise and what I should eat. But most importantly, she explained in detail, why you had to do certain things on a medical level, which is crucial to keep the momentum of exercise will power going. Along with being very knowledgable about the human body, she is very kind and super fun! She'll help you push yourself to your best. She really helps me on my fitness journey and I would highly recommend her!
