I absolutely love Core Power West Bend! Everyone is so nice and supportive, and all of the classes bring different challenges. I work out at a gym 3 days a week and have added Yoga Sculpt and C2 3-4 times a week to my weekly regimen and my body loves it! I've seen more results than I ever have and my strength and flexibility is off the charts.... more
