I began pilates at the Pilates Center six years ago for severe back issues! I was taking pain medication regularly. Pilates has been amazing for me! My core has strengthened, no more back pain, and no more pain medication! I love that pilates is for everyone - any age, any size! Absolutely love Bodybar Fitness and all of the instructors. Lots of classes daily so it's very convenient for me on my way home from work to make the 4:45 class time.. Wow! I've been a gym rat forever, but needed something different and this is it! MUCH better resistance training, quick, to the point and selfishly, Bodybar is close to work, so it's convenient.... more
