No problems with the gym or staff. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, expect a long and drawn out process. They cannot cancel on site and they cannot cancel by phone. If you go in to cancel, they will write down a 1800 number for you to call where you will find out that the only way to cancel is to send a certified letter. All of this after my membership was moved from one location to another without any notification. The clubs are not connected so you have to follow each clubs policy on canceling. The gym was fine for what it is, but the company they use to handle customer service is not doing them any favors. They are still charging my account after canceling as well, so I guess I get to call the customer service line again. Good news is I'm going to get really good at sending certified letters.
