Not a McDojo, practitioners are respectful.

Cured my depression, gave me a reason to look forward for the next day.

Dropped in for a Jiu-Jitsu lesson while traveling for work. Very detailed instruction, and a super friendly family-like atmosphere. Will be back!

The gym is very family friendly AND you get an awesome workout. The owners know everybody by name and do a great job making you feel at home.

My 5 year old son was the first to start with Jiu Jitsu. I see the same group of parents every time we're there. It's a community. Everyone looks after the kids, especially the coaches.

The coaches are AMAZING. There are guys at F3 that started training as 9 year old boys and still train there as grown men. Those kind of relationships only happen when the coaches pour into the kids.

After watching my son have all the fun for 9 months, I decided to do the fitness boxing class. It's a blend of crazy intense cardio with bag work.

Boxing has people at all levels of fitness. There are ladies 60+ trying to stay limber (and suceeding!), young men building themselves towards maximum fitness, women working on their physique, a lot of working people like myself. Basically, you push yourself to the max with people from all walks of life.

Lastly, the coaches, Johnny and Evan, are UFC & Bellator vets. I enjoy boxing because it makes me think about footwork and technique. Whenever a question pops up, it gets answered by professional fighters. That might seem like overkill, but I love feeling like I'm learning a skill from experts (one I hope I'll never need) instead of mindless ripping out burpees like you'd do at CrossFit.

You should try the free class! Highly, highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place. I've worked out for the U.S Army, Strouds,Extreme Grappling and a few other HARDCORE gyms in my lifetime. And I have to say this place is a world apart. It's a challenge if you are dedicated to pushing yourself and they will absolutely do that, however they are safe about it and always seem to accommodate all fitness levels during training so if your gassing out or having a hard time keeping up, no biggie.
I've trained with Evan and Kash and they are very humble friendly guys with no attitudes or issues that I've encountered elsewhere. Johnny Bedford is always around and pretty cool guy. Katie is awesome as well and will get you hooked up if your looking to make some changes in your life. The facility is big, clean and plenty of motivation just walking around. Crossfitter's have a place there as well as a ring with plenty of matt space to roll. F3 has a rep for authentic fight training from legit fighters and you dont get that from some B.S. PR. With that being said, dont let it intimidate you. The whole place is full of awesome people from trainers to trainee's and I'm not a review kind of guy, but I have gone out of my to promote this place since I found it because I believe in it and I want to share what I've forund. Give it a shot if your on the fence. The first one is free and I promise if your serious about conditioning and training, youll be back.

Great gym and the instructors are really good at adapting their training style to best work with whatever skill level might be in the class at the time. That way you can get a productive training session regardless if you are on your first day or are a pro level competitor.

They are military friendly and from what i see its a big family, you will leave with knowledge and confidence no doubt. Many fighting styles to learn from, even lower belts will help out new members.

The Coaches at F3 are Awesome! I enrolled my 6yr old daughter in the jiu jitsu program and I am ecstatic at how well Coach Evans and Bedford work with the kids and the different skill levels while communicating the techniques and demonstrating them so they understand. She is doing awesome in school, conduct, manners, and building her confidence. Great rates and facility. Wow!
