Love this location! Staff is friendly and equipment is clean. Obviously gyms can be packed during high peak hours but going around 5-8am is usually pretty relaxed.

Hey i saw your commercial for a new membership for 9 dollars a month.
That is an awesome deal!
You forgot to add 1000 people in the weight room though, with no place to sit or stand 24/7.
You should have your company record an accurate commercial for once.

Over all a good place. machines usually working and in order, generally clean and friendly service. But this location has been here awhile, so there shouldn't be any reason they can't pressure the landlord to do something about the outside lights. I firmly believe they use general household lights for the parking lots instead of outdoor lights. If you can't get the landlord to do something about the lights, then for Pete's sake, go to Home Depot and buy your own bulbs and spend a few bucks to get someone to put them in. ITS DANGEROUSLY DARK!!!! As a lone female, I am scared to go to work out after dark.

Massage chairs and hydromassage beds are in good condition, and I never have had to wait to use one even during busy times. Workout machines are rarely, if ever, out of commission. Positive culture/ staff. Lockers available both in the changing rooms and near entrance. Nice water bottle filling station. Stretching/ab workout area neat, and the classes offered suit any work schedule and level of workouts

I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness since 2006, but needed a friendlier gym to resume my workouts since injuring my back. This place is clean and has a laid-back atmosphere. It is a good entry level gym for those who are re-entering the health club environment.

Spending a little time here most every day, and I enjoy it. The staff is nice, the facility is nice, and the results of what you put into it are great.

Been coming for a while, and it has been a good experience. The staff are informative and helpful. The facility is clean and vibrant. The only issue I found was to get the rope for the cables. They need your ID or keys for it (one for one trade). When they are brought back, it's just a simple change. Fun classes and would recommend the massage chairs.

I really like the club it's clean with plenty of equipment. One drawback I've noticed is if you decide to workout during the late night hours, good luck finding an employee for assistance in utilizing black card member perks such as hydromassage chairs etc.. I was in the gym for an hour from around 1215am to 115am on September 2nd, never saw one staff member. This needs to be addressed quickly.

Good deals but always packed. Early in the day and late at night are the best time to go. Employees are friendly for the most part.

The lady was nice that helped my friend and I sign up for a free pass and she even let us try the hydro massage chairs for free which was really nice of her. But the hunk alert was very annoying and being told to be quite when working out didn't help that out either, felt like a library more then a gym at times

The gym and locker rooms were always clean. The staff was friendly. It was easy to cancwl my membership (unlike some other gyms in the area). The only reason I cancelled is because it just wasn't close enough to my house so I hardly ever went.

I don't need a gym if it comes with the extra HASSLE, when they advertise"Hassle free". I'll just get my strength the old fashioned way. Sit-ups push up running squats lunges. You know, the "organic" way. There machines don't work sometimes anyway.

Huge clean bathrooms, changing rooms and showers, tons of lockers and a very helpful staff. I highly recommend this gym :-)

Great gym...until you try to cancel and enter the nightmare. I'm overseas in Thailand and have been paying for my membership for ever 5 months that I've been trying to cancel. My girlfriend in Thailand has cancer and it's impossible for me to be there to sign a cancellation. I have spoken to the manager and been dealing with this process for months. I finally had to put a stop-payment with my bank. This is so stupid because I've been a loyal member for over 6 years... and I was planning on signing right back up when state side. Unbelievable and just absolutely a terrible end to what was a good experience.

I hate when they try to make fool of their client by saying that a schedule date "might" be affected due to a Holliday. That's Insulting, be real and say it will be closed. Don't have someone drive to a location only to realize that it's close due to a Holliday. You are the employer and should know if you are going to have staffs at a location. I had forgo important business transactions because I was trying to keep up a work out schedule only to drive up to a PF location to realized that it's close due to a Holliday that they were not honest about having staffs or not. Nothing personal, just want to be treated right.

I love the fact that it's available twenty-four hours/seven days. This particular location is close to my home & rarely crowded. The staff is friendly & I enjoy conversing with them. Overall a pleasure to visit.

Black card membership is 20 bucks a month. Good price for this basic gym. Always clean with delightful staff.

Planet Fitness = "No Critics", and I certainly can say I feel free enough to be me and stay focused on working hard. A nice large and open facility. The employees work extremely hard to keep the equipment up-to-date in addition to being sanitized. A very nice workout experience as I work off these 10 lbs from cheesecake, and eating goodies with the grandkids.

Don't get me wrong.....The location, atmosphere, and staff served purpose not to mention fees acquired to become a member; however the crucial element that deterred me was the fact all banking information was required to sign up even if willing to go month to month without a year contract....
To be honest I've a real big problem with supplying that pertinent information due to the fact this organization will draft at will.....

Always clean. Staff is always friendly when coming in and leaving. Plenty of equipment and I rarely have to wait for anything. Much nicer than my last PF home gym in Rhode Island.

Addicted. Everyone is so supportive and friendly.The place is gorgeous, from the beautiful locker rooms. They spent so much time making everything perfect. Equipment is always clean and ready to use. 24/7 gym, tanning booths, massage chairs & beds available with the black card membership.

I'm looking for a place to work out a few days a week before work. The location is perfect. Facility is new and very clean. All around, patrons were wiping down the equipment after using it, which was nice.
However, the employee at the front desk was either ill-informed, or just shady. First off, I didn't have to fill out any info form or sign a waiver (something I'd think would be SOP for gyms). She told me that the $20 day pass wouldn't go towards the membership/activation fee (in direct contradiction with what I was told earlier on the phone). She also told me about the black card membership, but when I asked her about the other levels, she ignored me and started helping someone else. There was no tour of the facility, no introduction, no nothing. I just had to wander around looking like a goober.
Long story short, I wanted to like this place, but that's $20 I'll never get back.

This place is nice to get a quick workout in. Lots of cardio. I mean lots of cardio machines. Plenty even during the peak hours. For $10 a month you can't beat it. The location is new and well maintained.

Great location and always busy. The workout environment is friendly and they run the fitness club unlike traditional clubs, which is nice. Very affordable for the amount of equipment and amenities that are available.
