The Castle MetroFlex Gym-Ft Worth have great facility to workout! They have good trainers that demonstrate their fitness knowledge and will guide you to the appropriate routines to achieve your fitness goal! Loved it!

This gym is perfect if you want to train for real, not just act like you are and make pictures of you to post on instagram, the fact that is raw gives the necessary atmosphere to train hard, because after all you do not come to the gym to relax you come to work hard and push yourself. If you are looking for that than this is the perfect gym.

I love this gym. For the people who get what this type of gym is for it can't be beat. No shortage of equipment and the atmosphere is definitely not social hour (you don't see people standing around yapping. They come here to do work), but still totally supportive and friendly. The music is loud, the weights are heavy.

Went here for the first time to train yesterday and loved it. They let you workout for free on your first visit. This gym has everything you need. And the place is huge! Definitely an old school gym so don't expect new equipment. There's a place to eat your meals which is a plus. There is no AC so be prepared for a good sweat. I felt like a warrior training here and will definitely be going back.

This is the best gym I have EVER been! I got a month membership here for my last month in Ft. Worth due to no sign up fee and yearly fee. I am sad I didn't find this place sooner. Any other gym who says they Are accepting of everyone is a liar in comparison to this place. No matter if you are a competition bodybuilder or a novice, you will feel welcomed here. Unlike other gyms most people know what they are actually doing and their equipment selection is second to none. Best value ever! I'm moved away now but this place is amazing and needs to be recognized. Oh and no AC which provides you with a detox every time you go there is the summer.

This place is HUGE, no wonder they call it "The Castle". Rendy and the team have set up a first class place to train for serious gains. Whether you are into Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, or CrossFit they've got you covered. Tons of specialty bars, calibrated plates, racks, bumper plates, tires to flip....this place has it all.
My only issue is no heat in the winter.....I hate lifting heavy in the cold. I drive 20 miles to train here because it's worth it!

Not your typical gym. This is a gym you go to get serious. If your goal is to change your lifestyle then this is it. Great atmosphere. Great people. Owner's are great people that want to help you reach your goals. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

If you want to use your gym as a substitute for Tinder... go to Lifetime.
If you want to spend half of your workout texting or taking gym selfies... go to 24 Hour Fitness.
If you want to workout at a gym where neither of the prior two are acceptable... go to The Castle.

Only gym that's made me sweat. Ive been at many gyms for 12 years and have achieved great but when put to the test it seemed like I never worked out. Somehow something in this gym actually puts me to the test and makes me work harder. I think it's the environment!!!! No pretty boys/girls, all there go hard core.

Biggest runaround to cancel a membership ever. Will not cancel in club, they force you to go online to read the cancellation policy which demands 30 days notice either written or verbal notice via phone. BUT, going in and asking them to close your account doesn't count as "verbal notice".
Shady business practices like this can help me disregard completely the quality of the training facility because clearly they would rather steal your money than earn it.
