I love the teachers, the people, the community, and the space at Indra's Grace Yoga Fort Worth. It is my yoga home.
Indra's Grace yoga studio is a gorgeous, clean bright space. The yoga is varied and so intuitive that you always seem to get exactly what you need in order to walk out feeling connected, peaceful and grounded. Sandra is an excellent and multi-dimensional teacher who is very sensitive to the classes' needs but simultaneously honors boundaries.
I started with the $39 2-week special and fell absolutely in love with Indra's Grace. The teachers are amazing, and they have everything you need at the studio to do the practice--all you need to do is show up. The studio offers a range of classes, and the teachers are great about helping you focus on what you want and need to get out of the class that day. I actually look forward to going to classes, and always leave feeling better!
I drive all the way from Frisco to be around the teachers at Indra's Grace. They are truly something special. I've done yoga around Dallas, L.A., NYC and beyond for 20 years, and I've not experienced a community like this before.
I took teacher training from them in 2018, went to Costa Rica for a week in November, and have attended many classes and workshops, as well.
I will continue to drive 45 to 90 minutes to soak up all of the goodness that Sandra and John bring to the metroplex.

Welcoming. Supportive, and Energizing! Indra's Grace has a class for every level. I am new to the Yoga experience and am so happy I found this great group of instructors to help me get to where I want to be.

India's Grace is so much more than going through the motions. The classes here are exercise for the mind and soul also.

I've only been to this yoga studio a handful of times, but let's just say I'm in the market for a new apt and I'm looking for one that is as close to this studio as I can possible get!
The classes are a good size the teachers are open, friendly and inspiring. I love when an instructor is truly involved with their students through out the classes.

I recently moved to Fort Worth and tried a few different yoga studios. 3Tree Yoga was the one for me and I knew it instantly. Awesome people run a very relaxed and comfortable studio. All of their teachers have been so helpful words will fail my intent.
One other thing of note; Fort Worth has an abnormally high number of Hot Yoga studios. I tried one unwittingly and now understand life on Mercury much more than I ever wanted. Miserable.
3Tree Yoga is NOT a Hot Yoga studio!! That is huge if you are new to the area. Hot Yoga in Texas?? Nay. Not for me at least.
Great all-inclusive, community-driven studio. It's a rare find in Fort Worth (and DFW in general). All the instructors are kind and respectful. The Gentle & Restorative classes are great for relaxation and simple stretches. It's not uncommon to fall asleep during this class. The vinyasa classes are intense and great for those looking for a challenge.
A wonderful learning and teaching environment to practice yoga.
Ahhhhh-mazing! Tiffany has created an extremely welcoming environment for both experienced and novice yogi's. It is the most inviting, zen, fun yoga studio in Fort Worth offering a variety of classes for all levels, where everyone feels challenged, but not pushed beyond their limit.
