Great location with helpful and knowledgeable coaches. I look for a location that isn't trying to sell me a bunch of merchandise and cautious instructors who will stop you if your form isn't right.

Coaching and community are what make a great gym. Coaches do a great job of pushing and teaching the community, while the community is always striving to be better! Proud to be associated with the CFFTW family!
