There is plenty of equipment for everyone to use. You dont have to wait. It is a very comfortable place to work out at. Everyone working there is always very friendly and helpful if needed.

Aaron Boe is an amazing personal trainer! Very affordable and really does his best to give you a great workout. No matter your physical conditions. He is absolutely awesome with the senior citizens!

He learn about your individual challenges and goals and helps you get there. I feel so much healthier and stronger. Aaron is always upbeat and positive and knows how to motivate you.

I have been training with Aaron for 2 years. When he decided to open up his new gym, I followed him. I have trained with other trainers who really do not take the time to understand your goals, or they push you beyond what you can take. Aaron takes the time and gives you 100% of his focus while training you. I needed someone who was going to watch me to make sure I didn't hurt myself due to the weak muscles in my back. Aaron has always been mindful of my health. I couldn't ask for a better trainer! His prices are extremely reasonable at $15 for 30 minutes and no contracts! He is one of the best trainers out there and you will not be sorry if you decide to utilize his services.
