I started doing high intensity, slow motion fitness about 3 years ago. After a recent move, I found Optimal Force Fitness and the workouts have changed my overall strength and endurance in the last 6 months in ways that I could not imagine from the other workouts. I am blown away at the increase in my overall core strength, and I notice it in my day to day activities as well as on my long bike rides. I look forward to my weekly workout with Shyanne and am confident that she keeps me safe by making sure each exercise is done with proper form. My goal is overall fitness but I love feeling stronger and seeing continued improvement over time!
