This is my first gym experience. Matt has done a wonderful job of making this Saginaw gem a great experience. He is a wealth of knowledge and will answer any of your questions. It is clean, people are thoughtful and there is alot of variety in a workout. It is 24 hours and staffed 1/2 of that time. I am lucky to live very close.

When I asked about the $14.99 price in the window, I was told the price was as low as, but there where other prices I should expect to pay. All the equipment looked old and very close together.

Great staff, they're there for you. Clean gym all the way through and never too crowded to workout . Being open 24/7 is very convenient !

Great gym in Saginaw! Don't judge from the outside. Wifi and new treadmills. Matt and the staff are always friendly and willing to help.

You pay everything up front so NO surprise annual fees deducted from your monthly payment and NO contract. Don't judge the outside. It may look like an old town but they have done Mega renovations and have a lot of new equipment that they have been continually updating. and Great locker room: restroom, showers and small sauna! They definitely stand up to the local competition.

By far, the best gym in the area. For the price and the vibe I get from people working out there, it would be hard to beat. Unless I move away from here, I won't be looking for another gym.

This is the best local gym you will find. They have everything you need no matter what you like doing. Awesome free weight area, great assortment of machines, crossfit rig, sandbags, slam balls and much more. The environment is energetic and positive and the owner is great and very responsive to the needs of the members. Come and try it out at least!

I enjoy working out here. It's not your typical big box name gym but it has everything you need to get the job done. The owner is constantly looking for ways to improve which is why I have been a member for 3+ years now.
