My first time to work out at a gym and couldn't be more pleased. The location is off the beaten path but worth the drive for me. Plenty of equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and could see that there many other types of activities to join. Give it a try!
Stripped down gym with all the extras. Great place for a serious workout.
Stephanie is a very attentive trainer and knows what she's talking about. She helps think of things to do without irritating my many injuries, and gives great advice on nutrition.
A reason why this place is so popular! Very well run establishment
Inursha Fitness is easily the most comfortable gym I have ever experienced. The staff is always friendly and encourage you to reach your fitness goals. I have worked out there since I was 12 years old with Robin (the owner) and he has done so much to help me in my fitness journey. The gym at their new location is perfect for everyone and the turf room is especially helpful for young athletes looking to pursue their collegiate athletic goals. I have nothing but good things to say about their services, staff, and atmosphere!

I cant post about inursha fitness but they do lease to bodyfit and body fit does not care about the people just the money. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR BODY FIT AT THE SAME LOCATION AS INURSHA. Once i said i could not afford 55 a week he was like ok thank you and got up and said lets go showing me to the door. They are all about money nothing else.
great place to workout and great people who own the gym.

Inursha is a great facility and Judgment free zone. My trainer is super awesome! Being new to gym world, Initially I became nervous with the workout regime. But she motivated and made me feel comfortable that eventually helped me to achieve my goals. Highly recommend Crystal!
I would like to respond to Steven Duong from Austin who was not able to workout at Inursha. I have been working out at this facility for many years. I appreciate the fact that they are concerned for our safety and don't allow individuals to come into the gym and workout if they are not known to the management. A keypad system is used to gain entry and management is aware of everyone who is there. They are an outstanding gym, very professional and knowledgeable, and I am glad that they put our safety first!
Love my trainer, and how thorough Dave Fannin is. Also, the size of the gym is perfect!
Switched from a big box gym to here and it's been worth it with every workout. Their personal training program is tailored to each individual's needs, and once you're paired with a trainer they figure out your limits and push you to go even further without going over the top. No two sessions are ever the same and the variety of exercise routines are enough to keep you on your toes at all times.
They have an in-house masoose named Gen that you can schedule pre or post-workout massage appointments with, an awesome sauna with eucalyptus oil sprays, and even complimentary dailies for women so that if you really needed to, you can leave the gym bag at home spare a change of clothes and not worry about bringing a curling iron, hair dryer, hair pins, lotion, sanitary products or anything like that to get ready for the day so you can walk out ready to go.
There's an unspoken etiquette here that everyone understands as well, like for example I've never had to wait for someone to get off the equipment because they were just sitting there on their phone or being obnoxious with weights and dropping them on the ground loudly, which I've experienced at other gyms.
Overall, it's a great place to work out and Inursha has motivated me to stick to my fitness routine for good unlike in years past because of the results I'm seeing and feeling every time I leave from a good training session. It's worth it.
I was looking for a place to workout during a rainy day in Fort Worth. I'm from Austin and I was just going to workout outside anyways. But just figured to try my chances at asking because I thought people would be understanding about fitness. I went and was turned away even after the person told me "I feel bad for you." It was like adding insult to injury. Being as dedicated as I was, I just worked out in the rain anyways. Thanks Inursha.
