Jody is the absolute best!!! I am so glad we found him. I don't even know where to begin other than to say he has helped me a ton on many different levels. I am a Volleyball athlete so working on foot work and increasing my vertical and stamina is crucial for me and Jody has helped me improve in all areas. He really listens to what I what to improve in but much more than that encourages and believes I can do it no problem. HE cheers me on and makes me feel like anything is possible to achieve. I wouldn't want to work out or train with anyone else! Thank You Jody for what you've helped me do so far and what's yet to come!!! #GOLIONS
