Great clean gym with the best workout views in Fort Worth! The group classes are amazing and the trainers are all friendly and so knowledgeable! Highly recommend Abundios!

I LOVE AFS! The place is always spotless and the trainers are beyond nice and knowledgeable. Their group classes are a great work out and their one on one are perfect to reach your goals. I can't stress enough how awesome this place is. If you haven't, you should give them a try! It will quickly start to feel like a second home. :)

This is a clean and well-run gym with up-to-date equipment on a nice spot by the river. The management goes out of their way to provide a welcoming environment for workouts. My trainer, JD, provides sessions that are tailored for my goals and fitness level. He has the knowledge and experience to help me progress in a safe and healthy way. These workouts have helped my golf game and overall health and fitness.
