Do not join this gym!! Worst customer service and mediocre training sessions! I cancelled my membership this past summer, and just found out they have continued to bill me every month since. The manager, Katie, refuses to take responsibility for her employees negligence. As a manager, if your employee screws up it is your responsibility. They have "misplaced" my cancellation paperwork. Why would I lie about cancelling my membership??? I am now 37 weeks pregnant, does it look like I can use your gym??? More than the money that I have apparently been throwing away, I'm most disturbed by Katie's unwillingness to ensure that I am refunded. Sure, she is going to look to see if she can find the lost paperwork. Then what? What kind of business is she managing? And why would the owner hire someone as irresponsible as her?
