The first time I visited this studio, I knew I'd found my new yoga home. It's so mellow and relaxing with a variety if classes for everyone. Definitely give it a try at either location.
If you are looking for a true yoga experience, sanctuary is for you. The instructors are amazing, the classes are well constructed, and the tone is very on point. I've had good classes at other studios but nothing compares to the feeling I got when I left sanctuary. 100% the best studio in Fort Worth.
Nice place to start but unfortunately went south. The classes are supposed to be hot but instructors will frequently not turn the heat panels on or have the fans on, which is not what I signed up for. The classes are sparsely attended. Recently, I showed up for a class and the instructor simply didnt show. It happened again today, you cant tell on the website when classes are cancelled and I shouldnt have to look everyday to see if they have enough instructors to cover their schedule. If two locations are too much to manage, they should combine down to one.

Incredible teachers and classes. Even if you're just beginning like I was, every teacher whose class I've gone to, about 6 different teachers, have all made sure I've felt welcome and given me special attention in my practice. I really can't say enough positive things about this studio, the environment, and the teachers. Top notch.
Awesome Saturday morning yoga class
This is my favorite yoga studio, and I've been to lots of them in the Fort Worth area (including Dallas). Besides offering a really full schedule and a beautiful setting (the natural light is a big plus for me), the Sanctuary Room provides teachers who are - across the board - outstanding. There's a significant variety of styles - straight up vinyasa flow; Baptiste; Forrest; restorative; slow flow; and meditation - and the instruction is solid. It's an easy-going place, too, in that people who haven't practiced much or are coming in for the first time feel really welcome. Fort Worth is blessed with a great selection of wonderful yoga studios, and this one is destined to be one of the most popular yet.
The Sanctuary Yoga Room staff and teachers are encouraging and dynamic. They each bring something different to the class. I appreciate their personal interest in each student, learning students names quickly, and sense of humor. The setting is restful and friendly. The yoga classes have something for every level of student from beginner to advanced. It's a fantastic studio. Kudos to Rebecca Butler the owner for this joyous place!

Best yoga classes in Fort Worth. The space alone is awesome, but the variety and quality of the various yoga classes offered is what I appreciate the most. All the teachers I have seen were great and seem genuinely interested in being there to help students of every level, from the beginner like me to the pro like my wife.
