Great place, coaches and people. I stopped in on my way home from work and keep on going. Everything there is amazing.
I cannot say enough about the box itself, the coaches, and the members. While traveling for work to the Dallas/DFW area, I dropped in multiple times and couldn't be happier with the programming and the coaching I received during every workout. This is the only box I go to now when I am in town.
If you want to try CrossFit for the first time, I highly suggest CrossFit Gallant. The owners and all the coaches care more about your health, mechanics and technique versus just throwing up weight. They can also help you through any pain points or injuries you might have to recover healthier and build strength. I dropped my gym membership after 13 years to join here and have zero regrets. Great community within this gym/box as well! Great combo of beginners to advanced athletes.
I dropped in here 6 times in 8 days. Coaches and athletes were all friendly and provided lots of encouragement! Nice to see the improvements since in the facility since my visit a year ago!

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of equipment, structured and organized workouts, and helpful encouraging coaches.

Really awesome box....very fortunate to have dropped in to see this place and the folks. If you are in Arlington area - this place is worth stopping into...better yet, joining! Great coaches and owners! SWEET facility!

This is how it's done. I dropped in from Missouri and all the "right" things happened.
1) The coach introduced himself, asked about my experience, and if I had an injuries. I've always wondered why some coaches don't seem to care if their drop-ins get injured or not.
2) The coach introduced me and encouraged other athletes to say hello, which they did. I felt very welcome in a nice community.
3) I did a workout that kicked my butt. There were lots of scales for everyone, beginners and advanced athletes alike.
4) The coach gave me a couple of nice form tips. I've been crossfitting for a while and I find sometimes more experienced athletes are ignored in favor of beginners, who need more help. But every athlete can improve and I appreciated the tips and corrections.
Really solid box. Will come again.
I love this box! The owners are awesome and will help you accomplish your goals or overcome your hurdles. All of the coaches are great. This box is great for athletes of all levels. There is a place here for everyone. It's not only great gym, it's a great community. I hope I am still here when I'm 70.
I am addicted. But it didn't start that way. I was a total beginner 2 years ago - could barely do a push-up, couldn't touch my toes, and pull-ups were out of the question. But I went to the free community Saturday classes with my friend for a few months and started seeing results. They scale everything to your ability level. Yes, I was still sore every time. But it got better. And I was getting stronger each time I went, able to lift a few more lbs or move faster. I started seeing definition in my muscles first, then a few lbs drop. Now, I am able to touch my toes after an entire lin life of not being flexible enough. I finally got my first pull-up at the end of 2016, and just this past week did 45 of them in a workout. It is empowering. It is amazing to be nearing 40 years old and a mother, and be the strongest I have ever been in my life. But one of the best perks from all of this, is the community I have become a part of. Amazing athletes and friends. Truly genuine people that I love to exercise with and cheer on. I have made many friends, which I didn't know was possible at a "gym." But it is more than a gym, it is my fitness family. Give them a try! 9am this Saturday, or next... tell them Jess sent ya ;)
I have been at Gallant for about 9 months now, and have seen incredible gains in my strength, stamina, and overall physical/mental health. The coaches motivate and push while giving instruction with a hyper focus on form and safety. Drew and April have developed a strong community here, and everyone is welcoming!
Awesome place! Love all the coaches and rest of community!
