I was pleased from the beggining!! I was going to be in town for 2 weeks and i made contact with Terry. She was pretty helpful and was able to work with me on the membership for the 2 weeks. I arrived in town and worked out mainly at the Carniege location. I meet Coach Robert and he immidiately welcomed me and helped me settle in. I then meet Coach Jessica and she was helpful during the classes. I then meet coach Mike who was also such a great xoach. Im pretty happy of how they showed great knowledge and professionalism. The athletes were pretty welcoming and hungry to get the workout done and never complained!! Pretty good getting to know athletes Sal, Mike, Leo and Karely to name a few because im horrible wirh names. I appreciate the hospitality and i recommend this box to anyone who considers doing crossfit or dropping in. If you are ever in San Antonio, Vanadium Crossfit has the doors open for you!! Until next time!!
