I have LOVED this gym. It feels more like a community than a "gym." Whether you work out individually or in a group class, you are bound to encounter others who truly cheer you on and want the best for you. The owners and trainers are very present, knowledgeable, personable, and supportive in assisiting you in meeting your health and fitness goals. I always feel challenged and supported through group or individual sessions. I appreciate the effort put in to keeping the gym clean, organized, and equipment accessible. After visiting many gyms in El Paso, I am so glad I settled on this one. I look forward to going each day!
From local gyms in El Paso to gyms in South Carolina, this gym has surpassed any and every expectation. Never have I gone to a gym that had made me feel so welcomed and so supported by not only the staff, but by the members as well. I would recommend Kilo Lift to any individual who is looking for a change of pace in their fitness routine, because I know that KL would deliver.
Kilo Lift is the beat gym. Prices are good. The STAFF is Awesome!!! They always greet you with a smile and ALWAYS make you feel welcome!!! This gym gives you the ultimate confidence.
This is my favorite gym. A bit pricey, but the environment is friendly, uplifting, and non-judgemental. They also have a very good meal-prep program.

Kilo caters to its members. Hands down! I've been a member of many gyms but this is the only one where I felt like the owners care about you. They are constantly looking for feedback on how to make it a better gym and respond to it by actually making changes.
Kilo has awesome equipment that is centered for those who are into powerlifting, Oly lifting, and general strength and conditioning. They also have a turf area where you can push sleds, flip tires, etc. Cannot recommend this place enough.
