Delicious shakes and teas!!!! Good environment!! Good customer service!!! They have yoga and fit camps.

I happened to stumble upon Rock Solid after going up Mckelligon canyon and back. Immediately when I got inside I was greeted warmly by everyone inside. The staff are very friendly and hospitable to me and made me feel right at home. The tea and shakes they sell there are awesome as well! I would very highly encourage anyone who is into fitness and wants a good group of people to be around to check it out!

The people here genuinely care about everyone that walks through those doors. They have knowledge about their products and offer classes to stay in shape. The one wonderful thing about this place is the positive vibes that are always present. Having a tough day? Give this environment a chance.

Love you guys so much. Anna and ceasar are very friendly and help you with what ever queations you have for them. Offer womans workouts, yoga, dance cardio, canyon run and fit camp. They will push you and inspire you. Love this place A lot
