Best boxing Gym in the nation as far as I'm concerned. Customer friendly always professional and courteous. Better workout than cross-fit gyms all other gyms in the area don't compare!!!

Trainer is knowledgeable. Takes the time to talk to you and ask what you want from the gym. Plenty of room to work out and the environment is welcoming .

Best traditional boxing place in town , amazing coaches, everybody is super friendly and supportive like a big family. Defenetly recomend it for anybody looking to learn how to box, get in shape or start fighting.
