I bought sessions for personal training literally thinking "there's no way my body will change". Mariana made it a point to help me stay focused in my exercise program. I started off with seeing her three times a week (and working out one time per week on my own). She helped me develop discipline. I cut down to two times a week (and I went to the gym twice on my own per week), then to one time of personal training per week (went to Mariana's kickboxing class and then gym on my own for three times per week). I got hooked! After 6 weeks I bought the best massage I'ver ever gotten in El Paso.
