I went into the store to see if they have a product that they had listed on their website. I approached what I believe may have been the store manager who said that they didn't have it. Then she had the gall to look me up and down and make the comment of "Besides that only comes in a one size fits all." I of course was taken aback but decided to try and ring up for another jacket I had in my hand. I pulled out my military ID card and the manager told me "That discount is only for active duty service members". I mentioned that I had received the discount the last time I was at that location and the manager mocked me be saying "Well weren't you lucky." Since she clearly didn't want to treat me like a customer then she clearly didn't need my money.
I'm sorry but how can a company selling things to promote healthiness sit there and body shame and then on top of that be down right disrespectful and mock a disabled veteran family. Honestly puts Lululemon into a very negative light for us and will never visit this location again.
