So happy I found this place! I have been here for about 1.5 months now. I had been wanting to join a gym that focused on lifting and body weight exercises. Jim, the owner, is helpful and friendly. He answers questions about execises, helps fixes your form if he sees you are not doing it correctly, and is encouraging. He provides workouts for the week that target different areas of the body but you don't have to do those and can use them as a guide if you want to do something different. There are also 15 min workouts posted for times you want a good workout but don't have the time. Cardio is built into the workout programs.
