I visit this studio when I am visiting from out of town. The staff and facility have a warm and comfortable energy. I especially like the Inversion and Acro classes which are uniquely welcoming and beneficial to the newcomer as well as the advanced practitioner.... more
I'm very disappointed in Gaia Flow yoga teacher training. I was a monthly draft member for a few years, I never felt the community feel as they claim but I also didn't join the studio for that reason so that part didn't bother me.... more

Poor experience recently. I booked as a surprise for my fiance and specifically asked them not to send her any confirmations. They verbally let me know they could accommodate that request, however they emailed her a confirmation and spoiled the surprise.... more
