I love this place. I find their classes gentle and yet they push you farther while paying attention to the technique. Marianna's classes are very welcoming and have a levity about them which make the practice more fun!.... more

I've gone 6 times and unfortunately the classes have declined. I'm a big believer in second chances but when speaking with the Jonas my thoughts changed. Be careful to bad mouth others when they go out of their way to acknowledge your opinions.... more
I'm very disappointed in Gaia Flow yoga teacher training. I was a monthly draft member for a few years, I never felt the community feel as they claim but I also didn't join the studio for that reason so that part didn't bother me.... more
