Some employees can be very friendly and helpful. Today I was over charged for the membership so I called the location, the employee answered the phone rude without any greeting. Then he looked up the account and found the problem and said that I would probably be getting a refund. Then all of a sudden he hung up the phone on me, thought he would call back because maybe it was a mistake but never got the call back. They workout group classes are fun!
This is a good location. Everything is kept clean and in working order. They have plenty of cardio machines on the second floor, as well as free weights in the back.
It can get really crowded. But overall, good experiences.
Loved My Work Out! I truly enjoy they have a big enough area to stretch and they have work out equipment on the first level. My knees are a work in progress but, I'mma get there. Thanks LA Fitness.

Very good and clean gym. Big with good variety of machines, free weights and cardiovascular machines. Also swimming pool and a jacuzzi, sauna, basketball court, classes room and squash courts.
I've been going the past few months and love it here. Nice staff, relaxed environment, and decent amount of machines. They normally only have 1 or 2 they're servicing otherwise the machines are all working. Love doing Yoga with Paige on Saturdays. Tried a cycling class and the instructor loaned me an extra seat cushion hers.

Zach the manager has been a huge help with answering all questions and Saul has great customer service!!
The staff at L.A Fitness are great, although if you cancel your membership, you may have issues with them charging your card after you've cancelled like I did.
Other than that, it was a good experience, most of the customers are cool, with the exception of a few of the Muscle Heads, they can be jerks.

LA Fitness is a workout place has a pool dry sauna dressing area pin on which one you go to some of them are well up-to-date some of them are older if you workout regular it's best to go the early hours the later you go the busier it is
Today was my first time coming here and I was very impressed. The place is plenty big and very clean. The step class was fun. The staff was very nice and treated me well, even considering I signed up through my health insurance and not directly through them. They were very helpful with signing me up for the kids klub, which is a very reasonable price. I look forward to coming here often.
they haven't fix the water source in the pass 3 monts no cool water in all 6 source. people complain and they just dont care
i only put 5 starts so yall can read my vomment i like everything except that somw people are just rude wen i go play basketball the guys are always playing a game and using both hoops not letting anyone else actually play i pay to be there so if i want to play basketball i should plus havent they heard of just using one hoop most people do it literally just cuz im a girl dont mean i have to be disrespected one time i fidnt make the hoop and some guy grab the ball knowing that i was using it and trew it away i got mad cuz that was the most disrespectful thing ever besides that i really love the reat of the gym
It's a really great place to workout, and staff are very welcoming, and will greet you and help you sign up if it's your first time.

Clean facility. Can be difficult to enter and exit onto Centerville Road at rush hour--best to use other access. Comparable pricing Trainers available.
