For these two reasons ONLY I will not be renewing my membership with Planet Fitness - on 12/5/2019 around 10am I had entered this location around 10 a.m. to take a shower and to relax! After showering I had approached the front counter needing coins for the massage chair I was greeted by the manager Vanessa, I asked if I could use the massage chair for about 20-30 minutes and she said sure and handed me 1 coin and then I asked how long is this for she said 5 minutes and I then repeat that I wanted to use the massage chair for 20-30 minutes and she okay but you will need to come and get a coin every time it stops. On 11/28/2019 I was publicly JUDGED for using my membership for showering only by a STAFF MEMBER at another location. One of the down sides of RVing full-time and traveling.

First time to a planet Fitness went to this location to try it out I arrived at the front Desk & ask the lady if i could have workout pass this was my first time here & she told me they don't have passes and to workout for the day it would be $20 I went ahead to ask her about membership she told me about the 2 different packages they offer so I was pretty interested on signing up I grab my I D & Debt Card was ready to start filling out paper work she also wanted my banking information I told her I don't have it with me & I could bring it next time she was eager for me to have my bank info I told her what difference does it make I have my debt card here & now ready to become a member, long story short they lost a potential customer over something I could bring the next day. I went to 24 hour Fitness after planet fitness & they provided me with a 2 day guest pass to try out there facility the treatment was better there.

Great place to work out. Price is very good. Bathrooms and locker room was clean. Staff is nice.

I love this location!! I go every week! I wait until late to go so there's less people, I feel more comfortable trying out all of the machines when there's fewer people around => still getting used to being a big girl at the gym XD but they are so nice up here! All of the machines are clean and everyone cleans after each use, there's lots of TV's to help you pass the time on the treadmill, they have tanning beds but no spray tan =

Great place to work out, blow off steam, destress, body build, etc. A No judgement zone. Offer different levels of membership, depending on your needs.free weights, Nautilus equipment, exercise balls, a 30 minute work out room, works every muscle in 30 minutes. Lockers, locker room, showers, massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning beds. Track your work outs with their app.

I used to go to the one Irving, but i moved to Garland. Wish i was still in Irving. It stinks! Literally! It was hot and humid. The other one had a water dispenser for bottle filling. I asked where theirs was and she looked at me like I was stupid and said, "You mean a water fountain?" Most of the toilet stalls were out of toilet paper and the trash can was overflowing. I will try the Dallas location or drive all the way back to Irving before coming here again.

Family friendly, no judgement zone.
Not really for the avid body builder or person who wants to show off their muscles, but, if you are looking for a good starter gym..this is a good place to go.

It's Planet Fitness. Good for $10 month no contract. not bad. But not good for more experienced gym goers that need things like a squat rack or dumbbells that weight more than 75lbs. It's a perfect beginner gym

It's clean, cool, have friendly staff who do their jobs and it's very affordable. It was easy to get myself into a daily routine where I could put fitness as a priority. I'm so pleased to have found this gym!

I had the worst experience ever!! This place is out to rip people off, I had a year membership and once the year contract was up, I contacted in person 30 days prior to provide enough time for PF to cancel my membership, I was told that my membership would be canceled.. Well, the following month the charges showed up again at this time I took my bank statement to prove that the charges were made and the young lady at the front desk told me that I would had to wait another month in order to have my cancellation processed, I told her that if she didn't cancel my membership at that moment I would call their headquarters and I would go to social media to rant about their service practice to avoid potential member from joining this club.. Well, the next day I received a call from the gym telling me that my latest charge was going to be refunded back if I refrain from contacting their HQ & social media.. Case resolved!!

#smh, gym is certainly kept neat and clean, it's just in a bad area of town and I feel scared leaving my car in the parking lot for an hour to workout. It could be burglarized at any moment. they have semi-new equipment and lots of cardio and they're open long hours so there's no excuse nnot to workout. get going and sign up today!!

They just give one coin for the regular chairs. The gym is ok. Clean stuff are nice
