Never received the FREE assessment. I was told by the director that it's "not free" and he needs something in "writing" before he can do the assessment. I believe he was trying to get me to sign up for the trainer option, and since I declined, he didn't want to do the assessment. Well, that's not what's being advertised, as you can see by the photo that I attached, that was emailed to me. I wanted to get a trainer, but after meeting the director and hearing his robotic speech in his monotone voice about the gym, and how arrogant he came off, I decided NOT to get a trainer there after all. If the other trainers are as pompous as the director, I will save my money and invest it in a friendlier trainer somewhere else. I will use this place for the basic stuff that they have, because this is a basic gym. You get what you pay for indeed, and I'm so happy I'm only paying $10.00 monthly, because frankly, that's all this place is worth. Customer service is EVERYTHING when you are in the business of dealing with people, and this place severely lacks customer service. The trainers walk around like they're above everyone, they don't even say hello, and just sit in their little offices in the corner. I will say that the young lady at the check in was very sweet, and helpful. That's about it. This is coming from someone who deals with people on a daily basis. I am a RN.
