Very unprofessional desk staff. Most are on their phone, I had to wait for someone that "knew more accurate info on the memberships". He just got up and walked to the front desk to be on his phone.... All I asked was why is there an annual fee on the no commitment membership If it's not a contract?

Pretty great place to work up a sweat, good 30 minutes on the treadmill and you'll be sweating alot. Highly recommend this place.

I have the black card and i take a guest whos already been put in in the system at my home gym location but yet they always give me a hard time. Also the staff isnt attentive at all. There was about 5 people in the front counter talking and on their cell phones and once they did notice us they werent too happy to help.

GO TO ANOTHER GYM! This is is gross and infested with roaches, let me start out by saying I don't ever come to this gym because the equipment is old and broke down and is small, but I had to go update my billing info and this gym was originally the one I enrolled so I decided to stay and work out rather than drive to the one I usually go to in "mesquite" so as I was working out I noticed something crawling and it was a roach. I was just grossed out with this gym and decided to leave but not before telling the front people about the issue. The response they gave me "was it the big roaches, yea they usually come out at night" I was apauled the fact that they are aware of this and have not done anything is disgusting. I told her you need to let upper management know and get some exterminators to clean this it is unsanitary. So if you can just go to a different gym this one is filth.

Waited 45 min to get a membership for my step daughter asked where the restroom was and get told that it's for members only LOL ok no problem just lost business I don't deal with idiocy.

Came to this location my first time since I moved from another state it's was very different from back home the machines had all the labels faded stickers peeling off very old machines they should invest in more new machines

Is a good gim except parking lot is dangerous and dark usually people complain about stole trucks like me. 3 months ago somebody stole my tailgate door of my truck..

The gym is great! I love working out in the mornings! However, the staff can be rude and look down on you. I love this gym but might rethink renewing my membership because of the staff I have encountered.

Great I love going here. It is open twenty-four seven making it really convenient for everyone. The parking is never too full and the people are really nice when you first walk in. They make finding plans really easy for you. And the showers are always avaliable for use. Since it is 24/7 it is never too crowded.

Is a little small, the equipment is mostly for female but is clean, the people that go there are friendly and the staff is helpful.

Great place to work out. Facilities are big, clean and staff is friendly. If you have the black card you can finish your workout with a massage on the Hydro bed
