I love this place. I find their classes gentle and yet they push you farther while paying attention to the technique. Marianna's classes are very welcoming and have a levity about them which make the practice more fun!
I have been searching for a yoga place for a while and just wasn't finding what I wanted....a place where I didn't have to be constantly feeling like I don't know what I am doing. The instructors are challenging, yet go at a slow enough pace that I can follow and the best part is, they come over and help me....I have never had such great instruction on getting into the best positions.
At this studio, I receive attentive and kind coaching that keeps yoga safe and effective. The relaxed interaction between teachers and students is especially refreshing.
