I love THE22 classes! You get a great workout in 30+ minutes. I like that they have so many types of equipment (rowers, ski machines, assault bikes, etc.) and no treadmills. All of the amenities at the studio are a great perk too!

I love this studio so much. The staff is always so wonderful and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with all kinds of goodies like spare ponytail holders. The instructors are the cherry on top. The music is always phenomenal and the class never fails to make me break into a sweat! Great workout.

Love this studio! The instructors are high energy and always mix up the workout routines during Cycle so you never feel like you're doing the same class every time. The locker room area is huge too which is a plus since so many people are always in the classes.
I love Zynn22! I struggle to feel motivated to do workouts alone, so these classes are awesome for me. Instructors challenge and encourage you to do your personal best and they want everyone to have FUN in the process. Tried THE22 (their new HIIT workout) for the first time today and it was great! The combo of that and their spin classes rounds out the perfect fitness routine for lifestyle wellness. Highly recommend this studio!
Zynn22 is hands down the best spin class I've taken. Every instructor does an amazing job of encouraging you to keep going and pushing through the end! Christine's friday morning classes are my most looked forward to activity. They're the best way to start the weekend. HIGHLY recommended!
Always a great workout! Unlike some other studios I have been to, Zyn22 offers a variety of class times which makes it easier for me to plan my workouts and make it on time after work. Every instructor really makes you feel like you can do better and push yourself more than the last time. I leave drenched in sweat and it feels great!

This is my favorite spin studio in all of Dallas! The studio is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. You can be guaranteed to get in a great workout while having fun and listening to great music!

Zyn is a fantastic full body workout. You will burn a crazy amount of calories and leave feeling five pounds lighter. You'll also leave with a clearer mind, as it's really part spin, part therapy.
This studio has an amazing upbeat, positive and encouraging atmosphere. The music is great and the instructors are even better! Highly recommended
Just started taking classes at Zynn22 and I'm already addicted! It's high energy, motivating, and makes you sweat! I've never had more fun working out! Definitely recommend
Zyn22 at Park Ln is by far one of my favorite spin studios. The staff is always friendly and helpful and all of the instructors are excellent. Studio is clean and they are constantly improving. They have recently added new bikes and are currently working on adding a HIIT studio. Would recommend 10/10.

Very good! I have been to many indoor cycling studios in the DFW area and ZYN22 at Park Lane is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the facilities are great. I love the bikes here. Great instructors that motivate you to work! The music is always awesome too. Definitely recommend this place.
Have been here on class pass a few times now. Half spin class half night club. Music is great, loud and fun. Dark "dome" spin room with lots of cool led lighting all over. Great industries
