Ashley for the win and EXCELLENT customer service. Not only did she help me find the exact sweater I wanted, but she also made me feel like I was the only customer there.

Nice store, associates super nice. It is something that I appreciate a lot because in general the friendliness and professionalism in the retail store business declined these last couple of years. I recommend Lululemon !

This is the best store in the metroplex for lululemon shopping! North Park has everything and they seem to have all new items every week! My wife loves to shop here. It takes 30 minutes to drive from my home and we can get to other stores closer but this one is worth the few extra miles. And a happy wife = happy life :-)

I personally love this brand, I love to shop and contribute to brands that standard is quality and performance! With the perfect touch of customer care which i have experience.

However in regards to this store I had the worst customer service experience; I was trying to exchange a long sleeve shirt but had forgotten my recipe at home. Since it was an exchange I thought I would be fine. Then I come to find out that the cashier needed such recipe but would make me "huge" favor and just do the exchange as a ONLY ONE TIME EXCEPTION but never again .... in my head I was like "okay?" Then she went on to tell me that there is people that run away with their clothes and then bring it back for return. She also said that It was very weird that the recipe was not on my profile and that stuff like that never happens. I felt like I was being target by her making it a big deal also disgusted facial gestures when she was trying to look up.the recipe.

Very Inappropriate actitude! Then when I confronted her and advice that her comments where to the extreme and that I would come back with a recipe but then an other gentleman who was on the side registered stepped in and then I explain the above and the young lady just went to the back. At that moment I felt disgusted of the entired experience. There are more little facts that bugged me but this was the main thing.

I will leave the picture of my recipe when I first purchase the long s shirt that I wanted to return....

I don't want to discredit the rest of the employees which most of the time are very happy to help you and energetic.....

This is the worst Lulu's I have ever been too. My friend and I both walked into the store (which was semi busy) and were not greeted by an associate, its busy, totally understood that so it wasn't a huge deal. I immediately gravitate towards a sweater hanging on a lower wall display. I am LITERALLY STANDING (standing right dang there inches away people) in front of the sweater eyeballing it and about to grab the hanger when a sales associate gets all up into my personal bubble (aka bumps me to the side) and snatches (and I do mean snatches) the sweater off the rack and walks back over to the customer she was working with. Did not say 'excuse me' or 'do you mind'....nothing. SO, I'm like 'Play it cool Cortney, its just a sweater and you're being dramatic'.... So! I walk over toward the back of the store and am looking through the clearance rack for my friend who is looking for her size and again, a different sale associate comes thru and LITERALLY moves me out of her way (I was basically shoved into the clothing rack)... and again. Not a word. The ONLY sales associate that was even remotely polite was the male associate who said 'Excuse me' as he reached over to put away something that was hung in front of me. (Shout out to no-named-good-hair-man whose Mama raised him with manners)
Oh you think the story is over? Wrong! At this point I am fuuuuuuuming. My friend and I go over to the cubie section to start trying to find the shorts she had seen online and it literally looked like someone had played bean bag toss from across the store. None of it was organized by color, cut or even size. I end up stopping the search and standing in the middle of the store (not on my phone) making eye contact with each associate to see if one would even walk over and asked if the strange lady standing alone (me) needed any assistance. Wanna take a guess what happened? Ding-ding-ding!! Nothing.
At this point I am officially done and we leave the store without anything. Fun fact people of North Park Lululemon, my boyfriend got me a $500 gift card to your store for Christmas (and I also can afford your clothes all on my own even though apparently I must have looked like a homeless person)... that card and my cash will now be spent at my favorite store in the metroplex (shout out to my shops at legacy people!!!! Y'all ROCK) and they will actually greet me, ask if I need help, assist me and offer to have anything I need hemmed to fit perfectly.
My exceptions of this store were high, but that was only because of the other experiences I have had in other Lululemons have been so above par. Needless to say, if you want customer service (like just the general kind you get at the GAP or Target) this is not the store for you. I have managed multiple stores/businesses; I KNOW what the customer experience should be like and I get better service at the freaking McDonalds drive thur. No one should walk into a store and be ignored.. but more importantly a customer should never be physically touched by an employee in the manner I was at that store. It was honestly appalling to me that a six year old would be scolded for doing that but you have a "grown" people (ladies) shoving and bumping into customers.
Do not pass go, do not collect my +$500 dollars North Park.

Absolutely love this Lululemon store! I'm always greeted with a warm welcome when walking in and the employees are always on board with what I'm looking for. If you're going to splurge on athleisure, splurge here!

nice clothes if your willing to pay a little extra

Best clothes ever made. They will not fade, they will not shrink, they will last forever, and they are totally worth the expensive price tag. Also, the sales associates are friendly and helpful

Great selection. Always come out with way more than I had intended to buy. Employees at the cash registers are very rude though and have gotten horrible attitude from them on multiple occasions.
