This is the worst Lulu's I have ever been too. My friend and I both walked into the store (which was semi busy) and were not greeted by an associate, its busy, totally understood that so it wasn't a huge deal. I immediately gravitate towards a sweater hanging on a lower wall display. I am LITERALLY STANDING (standing right dang there inches away people) in front of the sweater eyeballing it and about to grab the hanger when a sales associate gets all up into my personal bubble (aka bumps me to the side) and snatches (and I do mean snatches) the sweater off the rack and walks back over to the customer she was working with. Did not say 'excuse me' or 'do you mind'....nothing. SO, I'm like 'Play it cool Cortney, its just a sweater and you're being dramatic'.... So! I walk over toward the back of the store and am looking through the clearance rack for my friend who is looking for her size and again, a different sale associate comes thru and LITERALLY moves me out of her way (I was basically shoved into the clothing rack)... and again. Not a word. The ONLY sales associate that was even remotely polite was the male associate who said 'Excuse me' as he reached over to put away something that was hung in front of me. (Shout out to no-named-good-hair-man whose Mama raised him with manners)
Oh you think the story is over? Wrong! At this point I am fuuuuuuuming. My friend and I go over to the cubie section to start trying to find the shorts she had seen online and it literally looked like someone had played bean bag toss from across the store. None of it was organized by color, cut or even size. I end up stopping the search and standing in the middle of the store (not on my phone) making eye contact with each associate to see if one would even walk over and asked if the strange lady standing alone (me) needed any assistance. Wanna take a guess what happened? Ding-ding-ding!! Nothing.
At this point I am officially done and we leave the store without anything. Fun fact people of North Park Lululemon, my boyfriend got me a $500 gift card to your store for Christmas (and I also can afford your clothes all on my own even though apparently I must have looked like a homeless person)... that card and my cash will now be spent at my favorite store in the metroplex (shout out to my shops at legacy people!!!! Y'all ROCK) and they will actually greet me, ask if I need help, assist me and offer to have anything I need hemmed to fit perfectly.
My exceptions of this store were high, but that was only because of the other experiences I have had in other Lululemons have been so above par. Needless to say, if you want customer service (like just the general kind you get at the GAP or Target) this is not the store for you. I have managed multiple stores/businesses; I KNOW what the customer experience should be like and I get better service at the freaking McDonalds drive thur. No one should walk into a store and be ignored.. but more importantly a customer should never be physically touched by an employee in the manner I was at that store. It was honestly appalling to me that a six year old would be scolded for doing that but you have a "grown" people (ladies) shoving and bumping into customers.
Do not pass go, do not collect my +$500 dollars North Park.
