I have never been a gym or weight training person as I have always preferred to jog, kinda a solo exerciser so to speak. I had joined gyms in the past, the Y, etc, but never really got into them. My doctor told me I needed to lift weights and suggested I try a personal trainer since I had no clue about the right way to do weights. This was and is my children's training studio, and now it is mine. I never felt awkward, and they have been patient, knowing how far I could go, and then just a bit more. I am stronger and feel great, as I told Garrett before my first visit, I just want to be able to keep moving under my own power and feel stronger (I am 66). I'll keep going.
