Been going to this place for 2 weeks now. Im new to the area. I absolutely love it. It is quiet when i go which is 12-5pm or 6am-9am so i really get to use all equipment and stay focused in my workout. It also gives me the old school atmosphere i was looking for and not those fancy looking machines or weights. I like seeing used material because it gives you a feeling that you are putting in blood sweat and tears in your workout and you know other people have too. Its not big or small its just the right size with the right amount or equipment. Khalid is also a great person(he runs the place) i would trust him in giving me good advice to becoming great at what im aiming for, he has great accolades that are hung up on the walls. Overall 5 out of 5

Been going to this gym since it was called the kingdom fitness center,20yrs great place to work out made a lot of friends along the way,the owner is good guy keeps u motivated even if he's not training u personally!!!!
