If you've never taken a martial arts class before, this is probably not the place to start. This is the place to begin after you've been training 6+ months.
This is an incredibly well-maintained gym, with instructors who clearly know their stuff. However, in the Muay Thai classes, they are not equipped to handle beginners, specifically adult beginners. I attended the "all levels" (includes beginners) MT classes for a few months, and unfortunately the instructors were either uninterested or unable (I believe it's the latter, it's hard to scale a class for all different levels, and I understand that) to teach beginner form, technique, etc. I understand it takes about 6+ months of consistent training to gain experience in any martial arts area, but it's difficult to do that if you can't secure training in the first place. As for good things, the instructors are respectful and clearly knowledgable, and the facilities are great. Additionally, this gym is female-friendly, and I really appreciated that. Therefore, I'd highly recommend this place if you've had previous training/experience with martial arts.
