Turner and his team of trainers are on point. I recommend checking it out; 3 classes for $3 will have you convinced.

After I reviewed this gym I received the attached response. Have you ever heard of a legitimate business owner contacting a customer that has had a poor experience to argue with and insult them? He wrote me on Yelp and called me a "hater" because I didn't give him a 5 star review. I didn't know this level of unprofessionalism was real. To my knowledge he wasn't there but can't believe my experience was poor?? Judging by the fact that he contacted me only to be unprofessional I'm not sure why its a stretch for him.
I've always considered myself pretty easy to please when it comes to fitness but this place was awful. I walked in and there was no greeting at all they just handed me a clipboard with a straight face...what a great first impression. BUT if the workout had been good I don't know that I would have cared about the icy greeting. I like the idea of a quick 30 minute workout but as someone who works out 4-5 days a week this was not a challenge. I could have easily done that workout 4 times before getting seriously winded.
The instructor seemed bored and like he didn't want to be there.That is the last thing you need at 6am. There was no motivation or correction of form. For safety reasons the latter is the biggest no in my book. I like walking into a fitness class and getting pumped from the energy. It pushes you to work out harder. But on a positive note the music was good.

There are 20 plus 1 and 2 star reviews on ClassPass but none here. Interesting? If you're a true beginner and don't mind DMV style customer service I'd say go for it. But as someone who has tried many many boot camps/studios in the Dallas area I can say you'd be doing yourself and your body an injustice by limiting yourself to this one.

since they expanded their space, it's much more enjoyable and intense for my fitness level. great staff and the hours makes sense based on the needs for most people.
not sure?
try it for a few days and you'll get hooked.

I joined DFBBC in February and I absolutely love it! I found this gym on Class Pass and realized that it was exactly what I was looking for. 30 minutes of high impact interval training that will kick your butt!! This gym has a sense of community that I love about it and I've met a lot great people while doing it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to get in shape, see results and have fun while doing it!

Awesome gym with great trainers, I appreciate them because they really care about the forms and correct us when we are doing it wrong to prevent injuries and maximize the exercise.

I really like this place. I get a full body work out in 30 minutes! I like to go here on my lunch break, most other places are one hour work outs and I have to eat in the car or at my desk, but here I can sit down to eat my meal and work out before returning to my work day. In addition to boot camp I practice 1 hour Pilates, I feel just as sore after Fit Body as I do Pilates. Another thing I like is meeting people in the sessions that have real results. I wish this gym was slightly closer to my home, but it's worth the drive.
