I really like this place. I get a full body work out in 30 minutes! I like to go here on my lunch break, most other places are one hour work outs and I have to eat in the car or at my desk, but here I can sit down to eat my meal and work out before returning to my work day. In addition to boot camp I practice 1 hour Pilates, I feel just as sore after Fit Body as I do Pilates. Another thing I like is meeting people in the sessions that have real results. I wish this gym was slightly closer to my home, but it's worth the drive.
