I dropped by a couple days after running in the Dallas marathon to get some relief for soreness. The experience was delightful and invigorating. I purchased a package deal that included a cryo session, normatec and a neurospa session. The normatec and neurospa together was a magical sort of feeling. The owner was very kind and conversational. I will definitely return.
I have a torn tendon, and found Katy trail Cryo open on a Sunday! We are on vacation and I am so thankful to find this place. I am so glad I was able to get in because I was in SO much pain and it offered so much relief. I am definitely a believer!!! The staff was so knowledgeable and professional. They offer a variety of services so definitely check this place out!!!!
I am so glad I found Katy Trail Chryo to help me with my recovery for my workouts. The staff is great and they offer multiple services for recovery with injuries as well as anti-aging services. The membership options are reasonable. I highly recommend Katy Trail Chryo.
After a few visits I am super impressed with Katy Trail Cryo and the owner/staff. The cryo machine is better than others I have tried.....it is really working well for me. The big surprise is how much I also liked the other services......there is so much more than cryo and the staff is passionate with their craft.

Great little store with a very friendly and kind staff. The Normatech boots combined with the cryotherapy is amazing.

This place is amazing! The staff is knowledgable & super helpful. I had never tried Cryo before but I was so surprised at how much I loved it! The NeuroSpa chair they had was awesome and a great way to relax. I'll definitely be back! If you've never tried Cryo before I'd highly recommend this place!

Go for the cryo (which will keep you out of pain) and then you'll discover the fantastic Neuro Spa and Norma Tech boots, cryo facials and more. the membership is the way to go - ask the owners David and Stephanie who are more knowledgeable about Cryotherapy than anyone I've ever met.
