Great small Lulu store. The staff here was always nice and accommodating! For a smaller Lulu they always had a great selection of clothes and gear.
Love these guys! lululemon on Knox definitely puts the customer first. This group of people will gladly drop what they are doing to answer questions and make you feel comfortable in their store. Highly recommend stopping by the store. You won't be disappointed!
Got ABC pants hemmed and the address I wanted it shipped to. They shipped it to a different address and was unable to help me when it was their mistake. It was an inconvenience to call Fedex to correct this when it was their fault. Terrible customer service.

I shopped during a very busy time (they were having a huge sale) but every employee I interacted with was wonderful and calm. I think Claire was the person who helped me, and she was so patient. I tried on probably 10+ pairs of leggings, and she kept checking back to see if I needed any different sizes or feedback. Honestly, I stopped shopping for a couple years at Lululemon after visiting one of the Austin locations, but this location was great.
