Excellent technique from renowned instructors who actually care. The students while intense, aren't out to hurt anyone rolling in class. This is where you want to be.

I stopped by for a class during a business trip in Dallas. Teresa and Rafael are really welcoming and friendly persons. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel home. Professor Rafael is an excellent teacher. The facility had very clean mats, bathroom, locker room, and showers. I highly recommend this academy for everyone interesting in learning/training jiu jitsu. I'll definitely train there again, on my next visit to Dallas.

I have trained BJJ here for nearly 5 years and have really enjoyed the experience. Octagon MMA offers classes nearly every day with morning, noon and evening classes so it should be easy to find a class that works with your schedule. Instructor Rafael Lang is excellent having over 24 years of experience and currently holding a rank of 3rd-degree black belt. He is also a very successful competitor having competed in and won many tournaments all of the country and the world. Lots of experienced jiu jitsu practitioners on the mat - oftentimes, there will be six or seven black belts in any given class. Come check out a class, get a great workout and learn a truly unique martial art!

The premier MMA, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai school for Dallas. I've had the privilege of training on many occasions at this academy and I can't say enough positive things about it. Definitely worth trying out, 4 Stripe Brown Belt.

This is the best ju jitsu school in dfw area, my opinion, but I love this place. Always excellent instruction! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. One more thing, EXCELLENT kids program Coach Rafael Lang!!

Octagon has a fantastic facility with lots of mat space and a full size mma cage. Large locker room area with clean bathroom and showers. Also provides towels!
Professor Octavio is a seasoned instructor with over 20 years experience as a black belt. He has taught all over the world and coached students of all levels, from beginners to world champions. He does a great job of letting people learn at their own place and will make students of all levels feel welcome.

I had the fortunate opportunity to train here during a work trip. The facility was one of the best I have seen - super clean mats, bathroom, locker room, and showers. Professor Octavio is a great and warm teacher. Everyone there was super technical and welcoming. I plan to train there again, during my next visit to Dallas.

I have been a member since the gym opened and I have trained at many MMA gyms across the US. Octagon MMA is one of nicest MMA gyms out there. They have something for all skills levels. From beginner to professional they have the coaches, trainers and members to get your ready for anything. This place gets you butt in gear!
