Smaller gym but it has everything you need for a great workout (including multiple rowers!!!). Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

The energy is amazing, and the facility is second to none. Great team environment during the workouts...makes it easy to want to go and put in the work!

Most gyms make you feel like a number. You get in, you get out, and no cares about you. I have lived in Dallas for almost six years and been to a myriad of gyms. Evolve is a different kind of gym, a gym that cares. Sharif and Ramon care about you, they remember you, they push you, and they want you to get better. I have only been a member for a month, but I can't imagine going to another gym.

The personal element is only one factor of what makes Evolve so great, the workout classes are FOR REAL. If you bring it, you will see results. I have lost 4% body fat in a month. I've referred many of my friends to Evolve, one of them even remarking, "This is the hardest workout I've had since high school varsity track."

Join, you won't regret it.

I have been to many group exercise classes but my best experience by far has been with Evolve. The staff is very helpful and are much more interested in maintaining a long term relationship than charging fees for "life happens" tardies/absences. The classes incorporate top notch equipment and knowledge from great coaches. Highly recommended!

Evolve is an awesome gym with a lot of excellent equipment!! Sharif and Madison are an awesome team and have the best workout routine around. I have been in sports all the way through a D1 college and these are awesome workouts. They are constantly mixing up the workout so it is never the same routine and everyday is different. I started about two months ago and noticed a huge change and continue to get stronger. They are motivational and push you to the limit!!

I've grown up in athletics my whole life with awesome coaches, so going to a gym and joining a group training session is an easy way to get some competition rather than a work out on my own. I know if I've got a trainer who is weak, I won't really get a great work out, and generally won't return to that class. Now if I have a trainer who coaches their classes, I will kick my own butt trying to do my best. I have gotten to know Sharif and Madison for nearly 7 years, and I may not be able to always get to the gym, but I'm a "Raving Fan".

Sharif's coaching style is not for the weak, and when I first started working out in his classes I had women 20+ years older than me kicking my butt...I was so embarrassed I had to keep going back, so I could eventually get to their level. That's the type of workout I will always look for when choosing a gym to join: an age inclusive, competitive, butt kicking, don't stop until you drop, and then go again type of gym.
