I absolutely love Zyn Uptown! I love how every instructor pushes you to be your best and encourages everyone throughout the workout! The employees are all friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this studio for a great sweat!
I signed up for the Contender (1 month unlimited) and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Cannot say enough good things about this studio. Best in Dallas. Every instructor is the right kinda tough, and they each know just what to say and the right kind of choreography to throw at you to get you where you need to be. I can tell they enjoy what they do, which has motivated me even more. What a push, every single time, no matter who is teaching! Exactly what I came for. I love it. I appreciate the cleanliness of the bathrooms so much. Top notch. Love the loud music, the lighting, the theme days, the weighted arm workouts. All of it. Thank you for a stellar month.

I used to hate spin and cycle classes, anything that involved a bicycle. Zyn22 changed my life and my workout habit. The instructors are amazing, full of positive energy and truly motivate you to make it through your workout and start your day with a fresh mind. 45 minutes of riding give you the best energy. Shoes are readily available and you always get a smile when you walk in! Try it out - I go every week. Monday's at 6:30 am - yes, it's early and it's Monday but you will feel so proud of yourself when you walk out at 7:15!!
Love this spin studio! All of the instructors have great music, fun choreography and are very motivating! Will continue to come here for cycling. They also have a great sculpt class!
Can not say enough great things about Zyn Uptown! I never leave feeling like I was not pushed and encouraged through an incredible workout! The facility is top of the line, and always extremely clean. The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this studio!
Zyn22 is an amazing, local cycling studio! They also have a sculpt class but I've been a loyal fan of their spin class. The staff is so nice - welcoming you, asking you if you have what you need, helping set-up your bike, etc.! The studio also cares a lot about creating an inclusive, positive community.
Love the studio and the instructors. They all have great music and makes the classes go by fast! Very clean bathroom/changing rooms. Definitely recommend this place for spin!
I love this place! I always take the class on Monday at 7.30 and I love the instructor (Katie) she motivates you to give the best of you! Music is always awesome and you dont feel the 45 min passing by! I would highly recommend this place!

The music is great and you ride to the beat so its easy to follow. There is a competitive energy but you don't go on a board or record your class so there's no pressure!

Awesome place with a great workout, the facility is gorgeous and clean. The instructors are high energy, and push you to the limit. They offer a variety of classes in their sculpt and cycling studios. I've loved it so much I recommended it to absolutely everyone.
This is by far my favorite spin studio! It's a good workout without being too intense and the instructors are all great (I've yet to have one I don't like). The studio is spacious and the bikes are easy to adjust. So happy I found this place!
Love how welcoming this studio is! Katie Davis is my favorite instructor. She leads you through a challenging (but possible) workout that leaves you feeling accomplished!

This has been my go to studio since it opened. The instructors always teach with great energy. It is always such a positive experience and you feel at home. It is the spin studio I get the best and most fun workout in. Highly recommend.
I love love love Zyn22! Every at the studio is so incredibly kinda and helpful. I really enjoy taking Ben's class on Sunday in ZynSanctuary. There is no other class like it in Dallas! What a great way to start my week every week.

Pretty fun. The music was louder than any other cycling class I've ever taken. It was my first time in, but I didn't get a lot of assistance with my questions.
My wife made me join her one time last April. I have now done over 100 classes. Great full body cardio workout.

I didn't have a great experience with the results that are sent after each class... Sometimes I didn't receive them or there were major variances from class to class - which turned out to be a known issue.
Overall a good experience and kudos on the beauty products in the ladies room. Very helpful!
